Meet 
the chef & the host 

Meet Ingrid Neven and Tom d'Hooghe. 

Chef Ingrid has been cooking here for 25 years, creating the best dishes with a refined product know-how. In 2010, she was named Lady Chef of the year and in 2011 she joined ‘The Mastercooks of Belgium’. In our open kitchen, you can see her at work with the team, driven and with visible pleasure. Quality ingredients form the basis of her cooking. 

Host Tom is also at the helm and has been the face of Pazzo for many years. As a wine connoisseur, he selects an extensive range of wines and matches them with the dishes from the kitchen. This combo makes Pazzo a real wine restaurant.
