1. Definitions

“Pazzo” or “we/us” means the operator of the restaurant and wine bar: Poco Pazzo BV, Oudeleeuwenrui 12, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium, company number BE 0464.627.624.

“Customer” or “guest” means any natural person or legal entity that makes a reservation, enters the restaurant or guest areas, or uses our services.

2. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all reservations, services and agreements entered into with Pazzo. Any deviation from these terms is valid only if confirmed in writing by Pazzo. Mandatory Belgian consumer protection law remains fully applicable.

3. Reservations, Changes and No-Shows

3.1 Individual reservations

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, we reserve the right to charge a fee of up to the full menu price or value of the reserved service.

3.2 Group reservations (10 guests or more)

The final number of guests and menu selection must be confirmed at least four days in advance. This confirmed number will be used as the basis for the final invoice. Any subsequent changes are subject to availability.

4. Private Events and Venue Hire (Wine Bar/Events)

4.1 Deposit and confirmation

A reservation becomes final once it has been confirmed in writing by Pazzo and any requested deposit has been received. Staffing costs and additional hours will be charged separately.

Venue hire or reservation of the wine bar is subject to a minimum spend of €750, including VAT.

4.2 Cancellation policy

For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the agreed amount will be charged.

4.3 Set-up, Dismantling and Timing

Set-up and dismantling must take place within the agreed hours. Any additional time will be charged per commenced hour. Guests must comply with fire-safety regulations and the venue’s maximum capacity.

5. Prices, Payments and Invoicing

5.1 Prices

Unless otherwise stated, all prices include VAT. Prices and menus are subject to change.

5.2 Payments

Payment can be made by Bancontact, credit card or cash. Business customers may request an invoice, provided that the correct invoicing details are supplied.

5.3 Late payment

In the event of late payment, default interest and administrative charges may be payable to the extent permitted by law.

All stated prices for group and event packages include VAT.

6. Allergens and Food Safety

We provide and process allergen information in accordance with EU Regulation No 1169/2011. Please inform us of any allergies or intolerances in good time.

We take reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination.

7. Alcohol, Minors and Safety

We comply with Belgian legislation governing the sale and serving of alcohol. Guests may be asked to provide proof of age or identity.

Unlawful conduct or behaviour that creates a safety risk entitles us to refuse or discontinue service.

8. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. They cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

9. Damage, Loss and House Rules

The customer is liable for any damage they cause to the building, furnishings, equipment or other property.

To the extent permitted by law, Pazzo is not liable for the loss or theft of personal belongings.

10. Intellectual Property and Images

The texts, images and logos published on our website and other communication channels are protected by intellectual property rights. They may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

Photographs or videos capturing the atmosphere at events may be taken. Guests who do not wish to be photographed should inform us in advance.

11. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure—including power failures, government measures, illness or supply problems—Pazzo may suspend or terminate the agreement without being liable for compensation.

Any amounts already paid for services that have not been provided will be refunded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pazzo’s contractual and non-contractual liability is limited to the value of the relevant order or service. Pazzo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

13. Complaints

Reasoned complaints must be submitted within a reasonable period by email to contact@pazzo.be.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. The courts of the judicial district of Antwerp shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection legislation.
